Showcase: Design Briefs
Design Briefs is here to do two things.
The first is to give you the chance to look at different designs and objects
selected by our design entrepreneurs and then tell them if you would if
they've chosen something that you'd spend your hard earned cash on.
In looking at these designs and images you'll get a taste of what's out
there in the wider world of design. Whatever your tastes there's something
here to discover.
The second reason for Design Briefs is to provide feedback to our finalists
from you, the design consumer. What do you like about the designs they've
selected and what do you hate? They need to learn from you - whether you're
in Manchester or Mumbai, Caracas or Cairo, Stockholm or Seoul - so tell
them what you think.
This is a tool to help them better understand what you're looking for. It's
a tool to help them give design from their country a wider audience. It's
a tool to help them grow their country's design sector.
So if you believe that design from every country deserves a fair chance
in a globalised world and that it can help us better understand one another,
this is where you can make a difference. And when you've made that difference
