Welcome to this, the fourth British Council seminar in the Nurturing the creative economy series. This year our focus is on Challenges to cultural policy. This series of seminars looks at the issues facing policy-makers, leaders of the creative sector and academics as we seek to better understand how the creative economy works. During these seminars we look at what drives the creative economy and how policy has the ability to aid and hinder the sectors development.
